Original Lantz House

These pictures are of the house that we originally purchased.  It was built in 1936 and was well maintained, but it just wasn't big enough for us.  It was on septic, but that is being changed during the build process.  As you can see, the house was very nice.  The floor plan made it difficult/impossible to expand without radical changes.
